My brother, who lives across the country, came to town for a handful of weeks. Starting from complete scratch, we wrote, practiced, and perfected these five songs in a crazy short period of time.

We recorded it in a single go (with one do-over). One of the big challenges with this set was in the mixing: getting a thick and wide sound from a single live mono guitar. The trick was to grab a DI signal, and do some clever digital amp modeling and re-amping on the same take.
