Mhostly Ghostly’s second release was a limited 50-cassette EP: merch made for a Spring tour. It features two 10-minute psychedelic-rock suites: On side A, the 3 part “Bleed Over”; on side B, the titular “Ghostly”. This project was a digital collage of various hand-painted textures, and a photo I took at the Met the month before. The new Mhsotly Ghostly logo was hand drawn, then vectorized for future use. The lettering was done with a .10 mm gel pen: promotional links on the outside, with credits and information hidden on the inside sleeve under the tape. There was something deeply amusing about putting a facebook link on a cassette tape.

All in the Details

The inside paneling was carefully planned to create as much depth and layering as possible; Eyes peek out through the cassette window.
